LPG Massage (Endermologie)

What to Expect
LPG massage is a mechanical massage therapy that uses a motorized roller and suction system to deeply stimulate skin and fat tissue. It improves lymphatic drainage, reduces fluid retention, and helps reduce the appearance of cellulite. Each session feels like a deep-tissue massage and is comfortable and relaxing.

Side Effects
Some redness or mild bruising may occur in sensitive areas. This fades quickly and is not painful.

Recovery Time
There is no downtime. You can return to your daily activities immediately after the session.

Best Time to Do It
For best results, it's recommended to start LPG treatments in a series — ideally once or twice a week for several weeks. It’s also great before summer or a vacation for body contouring.

Aftercare & What to Avoid
Drink plenty of water to support detoxification. Avoid alcohol, excessive salt, and heavy meals post-session to maintain lymphatic balance. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid strenuous activity for a few hours.
